THE 1O1 Bali Oasis Sanur

The staff were amazing and so helpful. I felt so safe and protected in the resort and its beautiful location. Leaving feeling so refeshed from my daily spa massage, already looking at returning with my children and grandchildren for a future holiday.

The staff was nothing short of amazing, the restaurant was delicious with great specials, the pool was fabulous. Also after check out they still allowed us to use their facilities and store our bags until we left for our flight.

Not really much besides the location.

Service was not good at all and they did not give us the room we paid for. It was the night of my engagement and they were very snide and terrible to us. They said first that they were putting us in a better room and turned out worse and no breakfast.

Good location, super friendly staff and honest, delicious breakfast (included) and all menu options are amazing.

Cleanliness and location

The very steep stairs in the family room wouldn’t be suitable for young children

Location was good as was the breakfast on offer.

Pool was a little far from room.

Breakfast was okay, various type of food. Location is as expected.

We stayed at a duplex room, but there was no electric socket at the 2nd floor. It was rather uncomfortabke for us.

love the room, come straight away out of the balcony and its already the pool. breakfast is really good.

wished the blanket was thicker. might need to look into that. and also, the fact that we had to leave, wanted to stay here longer :(

The hotel is a great location right in the center of Sanur with access to great restaurants, supermarkets and the beach a few minutes walk away. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.

The breakfast isn't amazing for the price of the hotel and sadly our room was next to the road so it was pretty noisy.

The pool and the restaurant

The balcony and the lack of seating. You have to sit on the floor. Not suitable for a woman my age.

Great location with tons of restaurants nearby. Lobby and pools are fantastic. Staff super friendly. Good breakfast. Nice balcony in room and beach facilities.

Room (duplex room for 4) was a little dirty and noisy. Fan in bathroom did not work and parts of the walls were chipped.

Breakfast was okay

Private pool was not private at all with every balcony above looking in. The bed was very uncomfortable and the corridors were very noisy particularly in the morning.We had NO draws at all one small wardrobe with 4 hangers and only room for one suitcase

breakfast was a little strange, mainly catering for the Asian guest.!!! some very different things on the menu for breakfast.

Staff was excellent.

Entrance was horrible. You could walk up the driveway with the cars or walk thru the restaurant. Rooms not well sound proofed. Restaurant was almost empty all the time which tells you how much people liked it.

The staff here are incredible, from reception to restaurant to general all were lovely and genuinely engaging.Onsite restaurant is good, great mojitosMusicians really suit the atmosphere Do recommend Cabana room for a bit of spoil, nice to to have own plunge pool at end of trip before heading home.Onsite spa is good, you do need to book in advance.Location is very central and only short walk to beach.Lots around you whether back streets or on main Street.

Nothing to dislike

The staff were so lovely, Amell particularly went out of her way to make sure that I was looked after and had everything I needed. She was so kind when I was unwell and always went out of her way to make sure I was enjoying my stay. :)Its a place for singles and couples, not really a family stay property in my opinion.

The rooms were not sound proof, so when kids were squealing outside there was no escape. Noise was an issue.Not enough working wall plugs in the room and the room was so dark I couldn't read my book with out my phone torch on.
